We offer a wide variety of metal lug caps, ranging from 38mm to 100mm in diameter, with different skirt depths available. We also offer continuous thread closures, as well as caps with PVCNI (PVC Non-Intent) compound lining, and most of our caps are available with an EZ grip, or fluted, profile. All of our closures are available in standard colours, and any closure can be further customized with unique printed designs to fit your product’s image.

Panel, Channel and Skirt
The panel is the top of the cap available with or without a button. Most of our caps have a wide channel, where you can place text. Text is not recommended on a Narrow Channel. Narrow Channel caps allow for jars to be stacked on top of each other.

We use the latest Adobe Cloud version of Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and Acrobat and recommend vector graphics for reproduction.
